A Room With A View was enjoyed by 26 members of the Classic Film Club on Wednesday.  But before the entertainment, Digital Media interviewed Helen Charley, who founded the Film Club, and Alison Seller from Cromarty Care Project.  Digital Media are making a film on behalf of the Port of Cromarty Firth and wanted to include the Classic Film Club, which has always been supported by Cromarty Care Project and, for the last two years, has been funded by the Port.  

We were delighted to publicly congratulate Helen on her very special project, which has been so successful in addressing loneliness and social isolation.  We were also pleased to acknowledge the support of the Port Authority in funding this small, but significant community project.

The Classic Film Club shows films on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of each month at 2.30pm. There's also a pre-cinema lunch at the Royal Hotel (book by 4pm Sunday: 01381 600217).
